SUBSTR8 Climbing Performance was born from the idea that all our best efforts and peak performances are rooted in solid foundations of skill and practice. A firm base or underlying layer is essential to build upon and vital in helping grow our abilities as athletes. Many athletes often have external influences in life that add to the challenges of training and maintaining levels of performance.  At SUBSTR8 we factor in all facets of an athlete’s life to help design climbing training programs that will yield results in both the gym and at the crag.
