The 6 Month Plan is a 26 week length program that's designed for you that will grow and push your climbing abilities. This plan focuses on improving climbing power, climbing energy system work, and athletes strength to weight ratios. The duration of this program allows us to look at seasonal changes in training cycles and builds longer lasting performance phases. It also allows us to focus on creating training that will have lasting impacts in overall health and fitness both on the wall and off.
This program includes: Unlimited virtual meetings, regular video analysis, ongoing program modifications, athlete managed schedule adjustments, direct message check-ins after every workout, regular email follow up.
