The 12 Month Plan is a year long training cycle that delivers 12 months of workouts designed to push your climbing to new levels. Like the shorter duration programs, we focus on building athletes whole body strength, climbing power, and climbing capacity and endurance in ways that suit you best. The duration of this program cycle sets it apart from all others as each month builds on the previous months training. This helps to increase athletes abilities through a macro view of the year taking into account seasonal fluctuations, cyclic training modalities and process oriented goals. If you’re serious about seeing real and lasting improving in this sport, this is the program for you.

This program includes: Unlimited virtual meetings, regular video analysis, unlimited program modifications, athlete managed schedule adjustments, direct message check-ins after every workout, and regular email follow up.
