The 3 Month Plan is 12 weeks of programing designed to help you boost your climbing ability and is great for those who are new to climbing training. This duration of programming is what we consider the minimum length of time necessary to see real adaptations in physical strength as well as technical skill and ability. The program delivers highly customized workouts focused on building athletes whole body strength, power output, and climbing endurance.
This program includes: 3 virtual meetings, regular video analysis, ongoing program modifications, client managed schedule changes, direct message check-ins after every workout, and regular email follow up.
